Job description :

The resource will be asked to raise the invoices in SAP based on the input prepared by the Italian team: starting from a excel template including all the billing information (client, amount, quantity, VAT…), following a procedure in SAP to create a debit memo and to generate an invoice.
Average 100 invoices per month --> 2/3 day per month
Power point preparation with financial data
The resource will be asked to run some queries / workbooks in clarity and to prepare slides with the tables: opening report in clarity, filling the right parameters (country, version, year…), formatting slides in Power Point
One deck per month per each issuing departments --> 1 day per month
IRIS data load
The resource will be asked to load data in IRIS form for Pack01: retrieving data from excel file and manually input data in IRIS proper table
1 day per month
ESS basic maintenance
The resource will be asked to perform some tasks needed for the ESS recurring maintenance like
Assigning employees to new wbs’ automatically created by the HPSM interface
Closing assignments when the projects are terminated
Creating new wbs’
Assigning employees to wbs based on requests from PMs

Running proper transactions in SAP to identify the new wbs’ and assigning employees. Collecting requests from PMs via template in sharepoint and/or email requests
